Microsoft Certified IT Professional

Over the course of a few years, Microsoft developed a new range of qualifications called the MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional). These would be achived by passing a number of MCTS exams, followed by a “Pro” exam. This is to prove that you have the skills and the knowlegde to be able to take the next step and show an advanced skill set in a particular area.

I have since passed two of these exams, listed below, and attaned the MCITP for this class.

070-663 – PRO: Designing and Deploying Messaging Solutions with Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
070-647 – PRO: Windows Server 2008, Enterprise Administrator
070-450 – PRO: Designing, Optimizing and Maintaining a Database Administrative Solution Using Microsoft SQL Server 2008
